Shipping Policy

Shipping Services

All shipments are sent via courier using services provided by Purolator and/ or Canada Post from the Midland Power Inc. Distribution center in Toronto, Ontario or in Buffalo, NY. All orders will be charged a variable rate for shipping based on the delivery address of the order. Ground shipping, which takes 7-10 days, is sent using Purolator ground service and air shipping, which takes 1-3 days, is sent using Purolator air service *Please note that air shipping is not applicable to all products. You may ship goods to an address other than your own, which makes gift giving even easier.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Processing Period

Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time it will be shipped to the destination address. Shipping times will vary based on your requested shipping location.

We will ship all items in an order at the same time. In the event that there is an item that is on back order, the entire order will be held until such time that the back order item is available. In the rare event that the item you order is not available, you will be contacted by e-mail and Energizer Generators will cancel the order.

Free Shipping Policy

The Free Shipping Policy offer applies only to orders placed on energizergenerators.com (excluding drop-shipped products & the part store). Free shipping is only available to qualifying orders (subject to change without notice) to Canada & the Continental United States.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Energizer Generators is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Energizer Generators is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Energizer Generators does not ship outside of Canada or the Continental United States. Any orders placed outside this area will be cancelled or subject to additional charges.
