Energizer Generators Return & Refund Policy
Energizer Generators offers a 15-day refund/return on products from the original date of purchase.
All items considered for exchange must be returned in "as new" unopened condition, fully functioning, free of visible marks, scratches or defects, complete with all accessories and packaging materials.
The 15-day time window begins on the date of delivery (when you receive your item) Requests for a return/refund must be received & documented by the Energizer Generators store with-in this 15 day period.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any items or accessories part of our drop shipping program are exempt from being returned.
All products must be returned in original condition including the original packaging and must be accompanied with a printed copy of the www.energizergenerators.com e-mail receipt. Returned orders with missing items will not be processed by Energizer Generators and will be returned to you in accordance with Energizer Generator's Shipping Policy.
When returning item(s), please indicate on the back of the www.energizergenerators.com e-mail receipt, or in an attached letter, the reasons for the return and your name and phone number.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Energizer Generators will not refund any return shipping charges unless we made an error in order processing or in the case of a defective product. Energizer Generators is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or courier. All refunds will be credited to the Visa or MasterCard credit card used in the original purchase. We will make every effort to process your refund quickly, however; some refunds may take as long as 3-4 weeks to process. You will be notified of your refund by e-mail.
Your shipment will be checked upon receipt. Any shortage of merchandise or damage to the product will be reported to you within 15 days.
Shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
For online exchanges, the 45-day time window begins on the date of delivery (when you receive your item).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, you please contact us at email@example.com to receive a shipping location.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All On-line returns/refunds under the "Energizer Generators Return/ Refund Policy" are subject to inspection and exchange approval by Energizer Generators Manager for Customer Service or their delegate.
Energizer Generators reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of our return/refund policy from time to time without notice.
A restocking fee of 10 percent will be charged on any returned and/ or exchanged generators, batteries or accessories unless defective or prohibited by law.
